We provide entertainment services and event products for a variety of events. In the course of client/customer inquiry and gathering of information to providing these services or products, we receive from customers, collect, and processes Personal Information, which may include the following: (1) identifiers, such as first and last name, email address, billing and home address, and phone number; and (2) financial information, such as your credit or debit card information; provided however that we do not store or have access to any such payment and credit information and use a third-party payment processor to process all such payments.

We will confirm receipt of all such complete Privacy Rights Request Forms within 10 business days of receipt. Additionally, there may be a delay in processing a request while we verify that the request is valid and originates from you as opposed to an unauthorized person.
